REPAIR
Computer Repair is a C.T.E. course that many young students are taking apart of due to its growth and necessity in the world. The need for technicians are at an all time high, and with these skills taught with the equipment in the Computer Repair shop-in-a-box, students are learning the basic skills required for becoming a certified technician. Students will discover a passion they may have never discovered on their own.

NETWORK
Computer networking is when groups of computers connect using common protocols over connections in order to share resources. This is an essential aspect of the internet and data communication. Therefore, one of the main focal points is computer networking. In this box we went in depth on how data travels and the basics of network security.

CYBER
Cyber Security is a growing, in-demand level of security that protects people on a digital scale. While having loads of information being transferred and many tasks shifting to online, protecting and increasing the integrity of these processes is important. There are many underlying risks and lots of data that can be protected, Cyber Security is that means of protection. If used efficiently, the advancement of it can change the use of the internet and data as we know it.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
JERMAINE TEEKARAN
Hey there. I am a student working towards becoming a Certified Technician and developing my skills in computer repair, cybersecurity, and networking. This has been my passion beginning of my sophomore year and picking up the mantle of leading the Computer Repair box. Learning about the basics of Information and technology and furthering it with years coming. When I got the chance to share this with students who may not have access to these resources, it made me want to share this knowledge along with other IT fields we learn at our C.T.E., school.

GAURAV MADAAN
First of all, I'd like to thank you for showing interest in this box! My name is Gaurav Madaan and I am a soon-to-be College freshman and graduate of Thomas A. Edison C.T.E. High School. Throughout High School I was enrolled in the Cyber Security Information Technology shop class, in which we learned various Cyber Security tactics, preventative measures, threats, and much more. I developed an interest in Cyber Security when I realized the importance of it and the need for its advancement. Being that so many people use the internet and many others depend on it, it is only important that we work to ensure it’s integrity. Collaborating together with my partners, we have worked to come up with this combination of Computer Repair and Cyber Security in a box. With hopes of sending these educational boxes out to people, sharing the knowledge among others is the true definition and purpose of the box.
RAFINAL HAQUE
Hello, my name is Rafinal I am a student at Thomas A Edison C.T.E. High School. I started this project because of my love for computer networking. Before I realized my passion, I wasn’t the best at computers. I was victim to many scams, trojans, and viruses. This peaked my interest in the field and also made me want no one to fall victim to these attacks, especially if they can be easily avoided. Therefore, I took on this wonderful project and hope to teach basic network security to anyone.
